LiX and Li-LSX Molecular Sieves

Beside the ZEOCHEM Series Z10-04 and ZEOX OII, which both are NaX products, there are applications for which Molecular Sieves have to have extreme performance in context with adsorption kinetics and other technical requirement, such as O2 purity.

Zeochem AG has developed special grades of Molecular Sieves on the base of Lithium and Lithium with low Na content. (LiX and LiLSX).

ZEOX is the brand of Zeochem products used for Oxygen production, be it for PSA/VPSA bulk (industrial) or small scale Medox applications.

Here, an O2 purity of up to 95% at a flow rate of 3-5l/min is achievable.

While for ASU's a range of beads sizes between 0.5 -2.0 mm are installed, in MEDOX units small beads with a size of 0.4 - 0.8 mm are used. World leading manufacturers of MEDOX concentrator make use of the perfectly adapted ZEOX material of Zeochem and our competent service.

In order to be up-to date with the requirement of MEDOX units manufacturer we are permenently running test series with our material. This service is offered to our customers free of cost. Therefore we very much like to get MEDOX units from manufacturers world-wide in order to have our ZEOX products installed. This service is offered for customers free of cost.

Overview of ZEOX® products:

ZEOX® Z10-04	NaX (13x) product for bulk oxygen production
ZEOX® OII	the latest generation NaX Molecular Sieve offering extreme fast kinetics which is important for units with very short adsorption time of < 3 seconds and change over time of 0.5 sec. in medical oxygen concentrators
ZEOX® Z10-07	LiX for bulk (PSA/VPSA) oxygen production
ZEOX® Z12-07	Li-LSX for the same applications as Z10-07, but for even higher oxygen purity. This grade is in addition used in MEDOX medical oxygen concentrators using small beads of 0.4 - 0.8 mm only.
