Products and Application

ZEOCHEM® Z3-02 is used for the dehydration of unsaturated hydrocarbon gas streams in olefin crackers prior to cryogenic separation process. The same grade is also used in polyolefin plants where dehydration is required for catalyst protection.

ZEOCHEM® Z10-01 is used in ethyl benzene plants for catalyst protection

ZEOCHEM® Z10-03 is the grade for the removal of oxygenates in polyolefin plants

ZEOCHEM® Z10-02 Purification of air and synthesis gases (CO2 removal)

ZEOCHEM® Z4-01 Drying and removal of hydrocarbons from ammonia synthesis gas

ZEOCHEM® Z3-02 Drying of unsaturated hydrocarbons

ZEOCHEM® Z5-02 PSA separation of n-and i-paraffins

ZEOCHEM® Z5-05 PSA purification of Hydrogen

ZEOCHEM® Z5-01 or Z4-01 is also used for the removal of methanol from gaseous streams.

ZEOCHEM® Z4-01 and ZEOCHEM® Z3-01 are used in many dehydration applications eg LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) or for the drying of C3- to C6 liquids, organic solvents etc. The bead size of 2-3 mm is used for dehydration. Z10-01 with a bead size of 1-2mm is often used where treating (sulphur compound removal) is also required.
