Zeochem AG offers a range of Molecular Sieves for drying- and treating processes of natural gas and natural gas liquids, thus setting a new scale for the various applications in terms of quality and performance in fields such as natural gas sweetening for removal of H2S and mercaptans to meet sales gas specification, sour gas drying etc.

Products and Application

ZEOCHEM® Z4-04 und ZEOCHEM® Z3-04 (USA Z3-06) are acknowledged product-leaders in the dehydration of natural gas around the world. Both products combine a high adsorption kinetics with excellent thermal und physical stability giving a long lifetime.

ZEOCHEM® Z10-01 is successfully used for the removal of moisture, sulphur compounds and carbon dioxyde from natural gas streams. This Zeochem patented process has pushed ahead the technology of the use of molecular sieve in this field.

ZEOCHEM® Z5-03HP can minimise the formation of COS during natural gas treating applications.

Which Type of Molecular Sieve should I use?

Due to the manifold application and requirements, sometimes a combination of Molecular Sieves is recommendable (e.g. Z4-04 in combination with Z10-03 in SM/EB plants)
