General Terms of Sales and Delivery (PDF)

Minimum Invoice amount:

Please note that, regardless of product and quality, Zeochem AG charges the following minimum amount for small scale supplies:

For Molecular Sieves: CHF 1000.-

For Silica Gels:          CHF 500.-

Above min. charge is for the material only. Freight charges and VAT (MwSt) will be added where applicable. If Invoices are requested in EURO or USD the days exchange rate will be applied.

Cost for sample material (sampling):

We will be pleased to send you sample material. However, a minimum amount of CHF 400.- (or equivalent to other currencies) will be charged for standard samples supplied against pre-payment. These costs are for max. 2 litres of a samples of 0.25-1 litre, depending product and packing. Costs for delivery by parcel post or courier are already included.(excl. VAT)

Cost for sampling will be fully remitted if you place an order within 6 motnhts after sampling and a min. value of CHF 1'000.- (or currency equivalent)

Volume deliveries:

Please make sure that you order full pallets with 4 drums or normally 20 cartons.

Our customer service will be pleased to support you for details about pallet loading and packing units and weights.

New customers:
